THE PROJECT
Two cameras. One watchful sky.
The observatory operates automated meteor cameras that record activity throughout the night. These observations help build a wider picture of meteor activity and the Earth's interaction with the Solar System.
Results, timelapse videos and selected observations are published here as the project develops.
The cameras form part of the Global Meteor Network , an international citizen-science project using cameras around the world to detect and study meteors.
